This page tells you where we deliver, what delivery costs, how long it takes and how to send an order back. It goes together with our terms and conditions and the details of your right of withdrawal.

1. Where we ship and who carries the parcels

All parcels are carried by DPD and are dispatched from the European Union (Poland). We ship to 29 countries. We do not deliver to Poland.

Inside the EU we deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Outside the EU we deliver to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Your seller for every order placed on yerbador.com is GREEN REPUBLIC sp. z o.o., ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31/119, 01-234 Warszawa, Poland. The “Yerbador” trade mark belongs to OROTAL Commodities Trading SA, Avenue de Champel 29, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-264.449.639), which is the brand owner only. The shop is not run from Switzerland, and your contract is with the Polish company. Full company data is in our imprint.

2. Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds

All amounts below are gross amounts, VAT included. The figure you see at checkout is the figure we charge. The threshold refers to the value of the goods in your cart.

  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • Czechia

Zone 2 — EUR 8.90, free from EUR 89

For Zones 4 and 5 the delivery charge does not cover import duties, import VAT or customs clearance fees. See section 5.

3. Currencies

Our base currency is the euro. The shop also prices in GBP, CZK, SEK, DKK, CHF and NOK. The currency follows the language version of the site and your delivery country.

You always see the delivery charge in the currency of the site version you are using, already converted from the euro tariff and rounded. For example, the EUR 5.90 and EUR 8.90 tariffs appear as CZK 148.90 and DKK 68.90. The United Kingdom tariff is EUR 16.90, shown as GBP 14.90.

Inside the EU, VAT is charged at the rate of the country of delivery under the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme. The gross price of the goods is the same in every country; only the VAT component inside it differs.

4. Dispatch and delivery times

Every order is paid when it is placed, and we dispatch after payment.

  • Dispatch: within 24 hours, on business days.
  • Transit with DPD: 3–6 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, in Poland or in your country. An order placed on a Friday evening is therefore dispatched on the next business day.

A parcel can take longer than 3–6 business days if:

  • the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect;
  • nobody is at the address and DPD has to make a second attempt or leave the parcel at a pick-up point;
  • the parcel goes through customs clearance (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway — see section 5);
  • DPD or its partner carrier in your country is disrupted, for example by weather or strike action.

5. United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway

Orders to these three countries are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). That means the price you pay us covers the goods and the delivery charge, and nothing else.

Import duties, import VAT and any customs clearance charges are payable by you, to the carrier or to the customs authority, on top of what you paid us. They are not included in our prices and we cannot tell you their amount in advance — they are set by your own authorities.

Customs clearance can add time to the 3–6 business days of transit. If you refuse to pay the import charges and the parcel is returned to us, the goods are refunded; the delivery charge and any costs of the return charged by the carrier are not.

6. Tracking the parcel, non-delivery and damage

DPD tracks every parcel from dispatch to delivery. If you cannot find your tracking details, write to [email protected] and quote your order number.

If the parcel does not arrive, write to us with your order number and the delivery address as you entered it. We will start a search with DPD and keep you informed.

If the parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Keep the outer packaging and all the contents — the carrier may want to inspect them.
  2. Photograph the outer packaging, the damaged goods and the shipping label.
  3. Send the photographs and your order number to [email protected].

We answer complaints within 14 days. Damaged or missing goods are replaced or refunded; you do not pay anything for that.

7. Returns

Your statutory right: 14 days

As a consumer you have 14 days from taking possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). Under Polish law the same right applies to entrepreneurs with consumer rights. Declare the withdrawal by e-mail to [email protected], using the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement. Details and the form are on the right of withdrawal page.

Our extra promise: 90 days for unopened goods

On top of the statutory right, we take back unopened goods for 90 days from delivery. The product must be in its original, factory-sealed, undamaged packaging and fit for resale. This is a voluntary contractual right that we grant you; it does not shorten or replace your 14-day statutory right in any way.

What cannot be returned

Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU excludes two things we sell from the right of withdrawal: goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery, and goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly. In plain words:

  • yerba mate, teas and herbal blends, matcha, honey and food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned;
  • the same products still factory-sealed can be returned within 14 days and within our 90-day policy;
  • accessories — matero, bombilla, tubes, cups, sets — can be returned normally.

Who pays the return postage

You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back to us — both under the statutory 14-day right and under the 90-day policy. We do not provide free return labels. This does not apply to faulty or damaged goods, which are dealt with under section 6 and section 8 at our cost.

Return address

Yerbador, Green Republic sp. z o.o.
ul. Przemysłowa 5
05-230 Kobyłka
Poland

Refund

We refund the full price you paid plus the cheapest standard delivery we offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund back until the goods reach us or until you send proof that you have dispatched them. The refund goes back by the same payment method you used.

8. Complaints about faulty goods

We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771). You can ask first for repair or replacement; if that is impossible or fails, you can ask for a price reduction or terminate the contract. For foodstuffs our liability for the stated quality runs until the best-before date printed on the packaging. If your own national law gives you a longer or stronger guarantee, that law applies.

Send complaints to [email protected]. We answer within 14 days. Please attach:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the problem and what you want — repair, replacement, price reduction or termination;
  • photographs of the product and of the packaging;
  • the best-before date and the batch marking from the packaging, for food, supplements and matcha.

If we ask you to send the product back for inspection, we pay for that postage. The postal address is the return address in section 7.

One point about dispute resolution, because it is often stated wrongly: the European Commission’s ODR platform no longer exists. It stopped accepting complaints on 20 March 2025 and ceased operating on 20 July 2025, under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is no link to publish. We do not commit to any particular alternative dispute resolution body, but you may take a dispute to a competent ADR entity in your own country, and if you live in the EU, Norway or Iceland you can get free help from the European Consumer Centres Network, https://www.eccnet.eu/. You can always go to court instead.

9. Contact

Write to [email protected]. This is the only channel for orders, deliveries, returns and complaints — there is no telephone ordering line and no telephone customer service for yerbador.com.

Postal address for returns and complaints: Yerbador, Green Republic sp. z o.o., ul. Przemysłowa 5, 05-230 Kobyłka, Poland.
