Trade mark owner

The “Yerbador” trade mark is owned by OROTAL Commodities Trading SA, Avenue de Champel 29, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-264.449.639). OROTAL is only the brand owner. It does not sell anything to you. Your contractual counterparty for every order is GREEN REPUBLIC sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland, and all parcels are shipped from the European Union (Poland).

2. Contact

There is no telephone order line and no telephone customer service for yerbador.com. We do not publish a phone number, because we do not operate one. Contact us by e-mail only.

We answer e-mail on business days. Complaints about the goods are answered within 14 days.

5. Online dispute resolution and consumer arbitration

The European Commission’s ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform no longer exists. It stopped accepting new complaints on 20 March 2025 and ceased operating entirely on 20 July 2025, under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013. There is therefore no ODR link on this page and the duty to publish one has ended.

We are not obliged to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not take part in them. We have not committed to any particular alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

You still have these routes open to you:

  • Refer the dispute to a competent ADR entity in your own country, if you wish to.
