The easiest way is with a set: yerba mate, a mate gourd and a bombilla (straw). Choose a fruity blend if you like juicy aromas, or a herbal one if you prefer a drier taste.

Yes. Yerba mate naturally contains caffeine. Before choosing, read the label of the specific product, the recommended portion and the directions for use.
